Who we are

What we collect and why

• When you contact us (WhatsApp, phone or email): your name, number or email address and what you write to us. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a website concept for you. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Business information for concepts: to build example concepts we use information that businesses have published themselves (business name, address, opening hours, public reviews and photos, business phone number). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing local businesses what a website could look like (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time and we will delete the concept.
• Customers: if you become a customer we process the data needed to build and host your site and to invoice you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

We don’t run mailing lists or bulk campaigns. Now and then we email a local business once, at the business address it publishes, to show it a free concept we made for it. If you tell us you’re not interested, we won’t contact you again and we delete the concept.

Service providers

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Like any web server it processes technical data (IP address, browser, time of request) in short-lived server logs for security and operation.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that chat.
• Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) for our email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Customer and invoicing records are kept as long as Maltese tax law requires.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner. The private concept previews we send to businesses count visits anonymously (no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no profiles) so we can see whether a preview was opened. Fonts are served from our own server. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy (data portability). Just message us. You also have the right to complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta — idpc.org.mt.
